At 7:15 on September 30, 2025, Leye County Meteorological Station issued a yellow warning signal of rainstorm: in the past five hours, there has been 45mm rainfall in Luoshaquanda. At present, the rainfall clouds are slowly moving northward, and the intensity is maintained. It is estimated that in the next six hours, there will still be 20-30mm rainfall in Gantian, Tongle, Luosha, Yachang and other towns, with more than 40mm local rainfall, accompanied by thunder and lightning. Mountain flood geological disasters, urban and rural waterlogging meteorological risks are large, please take precautions.

广西区气象台2025年09月29日11时00分继续发布台风蓝色预警(海面):今年第20号台风“博罗依”(强热带风暴级)的中心今天8点钟位于老挝波里坎塞省境内,北纬18.7度、东经105.1度。预计,“博罗依”将以每小时35公里的速度向西偏北方向快速移动,强度快速减弱。受其影响,今天白天,北部湾北部海面东南风6~7级、阵风8~9级,北部湾南部海面东南风8~9级、阵风10~11级;沿海和桂西南部分地区偏东风5~6级、阵风7~8级。今天白天到晚上,北部湾海面、桂西和沿海地区有大雨到暴雨、局地大暴雨。
