西藏日喀则市气象台9月26日11时50分继续发布道路结冰黄色预警信号： 受降雪天气影响， G219仲巴至定日段、定结段，G216吉隆段、G318定日至聂拉木段、G349昂仁段等地的部分高海拔路段已形成积雪、结冰；预计9月26日17时至9月27日17时，上述路段积雪结冰将持续或加重，对道路交通有不利影响。 防御措施： 1.交通、公安等部门做好道路积雪结冰应对工作。 2.驾驶人员采取防滑措施，安全行驶。
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
