The Lixian Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing at 20:50 on November 13, 2025: Due to the influence of rain and snow weather, it is expected that most towns and high-altitude areas in our county will have road icing on the 14th and 15th, which will have a certain impact on traffic. Relevant units and personnel are requested to take preventive measures.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
