At 16:10 on November 13, 2025, the Linhai Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for strong winds: due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that there will be 7-9 level northerly winds on the coastal sea surface of our city from this afternoon to tomorrow, 5-7 level winds in high mountain areas and coastal towns such as Duqiao, Taozhu, and Shangpan, and 4-6 level winds in inland towns (streets). Attention should be paid to preventing the adverse effects of strong winds on maritime transportation, fishery production, agricultural facilities, and construction projects in progress.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
