黎平县气象台12月12日12时3分发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：预计未来24小时我县平寨、德化、尚重、德凤、高屯、龙形、中潮、孟彦、茅贡等大部分乡镇最低气温将下降8℃以上，且最低气温将降至4℃以下，请注意防范。
