西藏林芝市气象台1月30日10时发布道路结冰黄色预警信号：1月29日至30日林芝大部出现了降雪天气过程，色季拉、德姆拉、米拉山等高海拔山区出现了中雪，嘎隆拉、多雄拉出现了暴雪。G318波密至工布江达、拉林高速工布江达段、波墨公路、派墨公路、然察公路等路段道路有积雪、结冰，预计雪后有3～6℃降温天气，道路积雪、结冰易加重，需做好道路交通安全工作。防御措施：建议交通、公安等部门做好道路积雪结冰应对工作；驾驶人员需采取防滑措施，安全行驶；雪后有降温天气，需做好防寒保暖措施。
