美姑县气象台2026年08月13日03时19分发布雷电黄色预警信号：巴普镇、洪溪镇、新桥镇、牛牛坝镇、拉马镇、候播乃拖镇、候古莫镇、觉洛乡、井叶特西乡、合姑洛乡、典补乡、九口乡、洛俄依甘乡、柳洪乡、峨曲古乡、龙门乡、洒库乡、瓦候乡等乡（镇）6小时内可能发生雷电活动，可能会造成雷电灾害事故。雷电活动时可能伴有短时强降雨、短时阵性大风、冰雹等强对流天气。请各级相关部门做好雷电防护工作，尽量避免户外活动，注意防范灾害性天气可能带来的不利影响。
