Eastern Navarro County in north central Texas... * WHEN...Until 530 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 133 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Corsicana, Athens, Gun Barrel City, Mabank, Malakoff, Tool, Kerens, Seven Points, Eustace, Trinidad, Angus, Enchanted Oaks, Caney City, Navarro, Trinidad Lake, Forest Grove Reservoir, Cedar Creek Reservoir, Flag Lake, Purtis Creek State Park and Richland-Chambers Reservoir.
