西藏昂仁县气象台2025年11月5日13时15分发布大风黄色预警信号： 预计:11月5日15时至11月6日15时，我县大部有7级左右的大风天气，其中如沙乡、孔隆乡、尼果乡、查孜乡等有8～9级大风，阵风10～12级，局地伴有扬沙、浮尘天气。 防御措施： 1.大风、浮尘和扬沙天气对交通运输以及电力、通讯设施有不利影响，相关部门应采取措施保障安全。 2.做好设施农牧业、临时搭建物、广告牌等的防风加固。 3.林区、草场注意用火安全，加强防火工作。 4.公众外出注意采取相应的防范措施。
