Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will lead to blowing and drifting snow on Wednesday. * WHERE...Antrim, Crawford, Kalkaska, and Otsego Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel will be difficult at times. The hazardous conditions will impact commutes through New Year's Day.
