At 19:03 on May 27, 2026, Pan an County Meteorological Station issued a yellow rainstorm warning signal: Affected by strong convective clouds, Pantan Station in Lengshui County has seen precipitation of more than 20mm. It is estimated that in the next three hours, all townships (towns and streets) in the county will have short-time rainstorm, with cumulative rainfall of 20~40mm and local rainfall of more than 50mm. Please pay attention to prevent secondary disasters such as debris flow, landslides, urban and rural waterlogging that may be caused by short-time heavy rainfall.

3. Cut off dangerous outdoor power supplies in low-lying areas, suspend outdoor operations in open areas, and transfer people in dangerous areas and residents of dangerous houses to safe places to avoid rain;

4. Check the drainage system of cities, farmlands, and fish ponds, and take necessary drainage measures.
