At 13:55 on November 18, 2025, the Pan an County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue frost warning signal: Due to the combined effects of cold air and radiation cooling, it is expected that the minimum temperature in all townships (towns, streets) in our county will drop below 4 ℃ tomorrow and the day after tomorrow morning. There will be frost or frost, and some high-altitude areas will be below 0 ℃ with thin ice.
