Additionally, wind chills as cold as 5 to 15 below tonight. * WHERE...Cass MI, Northern Berrien, and Southern Berrien Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.
