The monsoon through lie across the lower Central, the East and the lower Northeast into the active low pressure cell over the South China Sea while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. Isolated very heavy rain remains in the East and the South (westcoast). The wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high, the lower Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf, the waves are likely 1-2 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
