For the Wind Advisory, from 8 AM this morning to 4 PM CST this afternoon. For the Freeze Watch, from this evening through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
