杭州市气象台2026年02月05日16时13分发布主城区寒潮蓝色预警信号：受寒潮影响，预计今天夜里到明天主城区所有街道将出现明显雨雪、强降温、低温冰冻和大风过程。预计日平均气温过程降温幅度可达9到11℃，8到9日早晨最低气温平原地区-1到-3℃，有冰冻，山区-3到-5℃，有严重冰冻。明天白天最大东北风平原地区5到7级，山区和江湖水面6到8级。请注意防范对交通出行、电力通信、农业生产和人体健康等的不利影响。
