At 18:09 on November 5, 2025, the Shawan Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: due to strong cold air, it is expected that the lowest temperature in most parts of Shawan will drop by about 10 ℃ in the next 48 hours, the lowest temperature in northern towns will drop to about -6 ℃, the lowest temperature along the national highway will drop to about -4 ℃, and the lowest temperature in southern mountainous towns and mountainous areas will drop to about -9 ℃. If a cold wave occurs, various preventive measures need to be taken in advance.
