At 16:10 on May 7, 2024, Leshan Meteorological Station issued a blue warning of rainstorm: it is expected that there will be a heavy rainfall weather process in our city from tonight to tomorrow. Most of the city will have moderate to heavy rain (15-45 mm), including most of Jiajiang County, Jingyan County and Shizhong District, as well as the northern part of Emeishan City, Wutongqiao District, Shawan District and Qianwei County, there will be rainstorm (50-70 mm), accompanied by lightning, gusty gales, short-term heavy rainfall and other severe convective weather. Please pay attention to preventing the adverse effects of severe convective weather, as well as preventing secondary disasters such as local flash floods, small and medium-sized river floods, and geological disasters that may be caused by heavy rainfall.
