预计22日傍晚到23日上午阴天有阵雨或雷雨，雨量小到中雨，石阡、江口、碧江、万山、玉屏局地暴雨，最大小时雨强40～50mm，最大累计雨量80～110mm，降水集中时段为22日20时-23日08时，并伴有雷电、短时强降水等强对流天气。本轮强降雨持续时间较长，累计雨量较大，土壤含水量饱和，地质灾害风险高，易诱发滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等次生灾害。请各地各有关部门要充分认识当前防汛工作的复杂形势，加密监测预报预警，强化预警响应联动，加强对地质灾害隐患点、风险斜坡、水库山塘等高风险区域和重点部位的巡查管控，认真落实“五有”工作机制和转移避险"四个一律"工作要求，提前组织受威胁群众转移避险。遇突发险情灾情第一时间上报，市应急局值班电话：0856-5206570。铜仁市应急局、市气象局6月22日17时00分联合发布

At 15:14 on June 22, the Songtao County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for lightning: it is expected that lightning activity will occur in towns such as Panshi, Daxing, Niulang, and Shichang in our county in the next 6 hours. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, strong winds, and other strong convective weather. It is recommended to stop outdoor activities and try to hide in buildings with lightning protection facilities.
