松桃县气象台9月28日20时51分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计未来24小时我县盘石、乌罗等乡镇将受大风影响，平均风力可达6级以上，阵风7级以上，建议停止户外作业，远离玻璃门窗、危棚简屋、塔吊等建筑物。

Guidelines

根据气象预报，28日夜间到29日白天阴天有阵雨或雷雨，雨量小到中雨，市西部、北部局地大雨到暴雨。29日夜间到30日白天阴天有阵雨或雷雨，雨量普遍中雨，市西北部、梵净山东侧局地大雨，部分乡镇暴雨。30日夜间到10月1日白天阴天有阵雨或雷雨，雨量中雨，局地大雨，市东部部分乡镇暴雨。国庆期间1日至4日有降温降雨天气。本轮降雨持续时间较长，请各区县和有关部门要克服麻痹松懈思想，密切关注气象变化，做好短时强降水、雷电等强对流天气的防范应对工作。强化动态监测预警和会商研判，加强对地质灾害隐患点、风险斜坡、水库山塘、景区景点、道路边坡等风险区域和重点部位的巡查管控，认真落实“五有”工作机制和"四个一律"工作要求，抓好群众转移避险，严防灾害造成人员伤亡。遇突发险情灾情第一时间处置并报告，市应急局值班电话：0856-5206570。
