At 8:23 am on May 22, the Songtao County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal: it is expected that lightning activity will occur in towns such as Ganlong, Changxingbao, Panjia, Waxi, and Mushu in our county in the next 6 hours. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, strong winds, and other severe convective weather. It is recommended to stop outdoor activities and try to hide in buildings with lightning protection facilities.
