At 11:20 am on June 12, 2026, Tengchong Natural Resources Bureau, Tengchong Emergency Management Bureau, and Tengchong Meteorological Observatory jointly issued a Level III geological hazard meteorological risk warning: It is expected that in the next 24 hours, the geological hazard meteorological risk in Mingguang, Diantan, Houqiao, Beihai, Wuhe, Mangbang, Xinhua, and Puchuan in our city will be Level II (high risk), while the geological hazard meteorological risk in other towns and villages will be Level III (high risk), which is prone to geological disasters such as landslides, mudslides, and collapses.
