屯昌县气象台2026年09月12日21时10分继续发布雷雨大风黄色预警信号：受热带低压影响，我县各乡镇12日21时11分到13日09时可能出现雷雨大风天气，风力达7～9级并伴有强雷电，建议有关单位和人员做好防范工作。

Guidelines

3. Cut off neon signs and dangerous outdoor power supplies;

4. Stop outdoor group activities and evacuate people immediately;

5. Outdoor workers at high altitudes, waters, etc. stop working, and personnel from dangerous areas are evacuated;

6. Be prepared for wind and lightning protection;

7. Pay attention to the latest news of thunderstorms and gales reported by the relevant media and relevant windbreak notices, and students stay in a safe place;

8. Secure doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, temporary structures and other structures that are easily blown by the wind. Personnel should leave the temporary structures as soon as possible, and properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by thunderstorms and gales.

海南省气象局2026年09月12日17时40分继续发布台风四级预警（海上）：南海热带低压17时其中心位于海南省三亚市偏南方向约300公里的海面上（北纬15.6度、东经109.1度），中心附近最大风力有6级（12米/秒）。预计，该低压将以每小时5-10公里的速度向西北方向缓慢移动，强度变化不大，并将于13日下午至夜间在越南中部一带沿海登陆。受其影响，北部湾海面、海南岛四周海面、西沙和中沙群岛附近海面，12日夜间～15日白天，风力6～7级、阵风8～9级；南沙群岛附近海面，风力5～6级、阵风7级，雷雨时阵风8～9级；建议过往船只和海上平台继续做好避风措施。

海南省气象局2026年09月12日16时30分提升暴雨四级预警为暴雨三级预警：受南海热带低压和冷空气共同影响，过去24小时，海南岛东南部和中部普遍出现暴雨到大暴雨，其中万宁、陵水、琼中、保亭和琼海等5个市县的大部分乡镇出现100毫米以上降水，且预计未来24小时内，上述地区仍将出现100-150毫米、局地250毫米以上的强降水，三亚、五指山、屯昌和文昌等4个市县的部分乡镇将出现50-100毫米、局地150毫米以上的降水，其余地区将出现30-80毫米的降水，请有关单位和人员做好防范工作。
