乌恰县气象台2026年4月16日20时04分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计17日白天至夜间，乌恰县大部有6～7级西北风，黑孜苇乡、巴音库鲁提镇、铁列克乡、康苏镇至膘尔托阔依乡阵风可达8～9级，其中铁列克乡风口阵风可达10～11级，同时，强风时段伴有短时扬沙或沙尘，需防范大风天气对设施农业、城市基础设施、道路交通等造成一定影响，请注意防范。
