西藏自治区气象局2026年9月24日16时00分发布强降雨蓝色预警： 预计9月24日20时至25日20时，日喀则、那曲和阿里南部有小到中雨（雪），部分地方有中到大雨（雪），其中吉隆、聂拉木、定日、定结和亚东的部分低海拔乡镇有大到暴雨（33.0～74.9毫米），仲巴、萨嘎、昂仁、谢通门、吉隆、聂拉木、定日、定结和亚东的部分高海拔乡镇有大到暴雪（7.5～14.9毫米），并伴有雷暴大风、短时强降水和冰雹等强对流天气。 防御建议： 1.需加强地质灾害隐患点的巡查排险，防范强雨雪天气可能引发的山洪、泥石流、滑坡、崩塌、雪崩等次生灾害。 2.高海拔路段雨雪相态复杂，易造成能见度下降和道路积雪结冰，对交通运输影响较大，需加强交通安全管理工作。 3.防范强降雪、风吹雪、积雪、雷暴大风和短时强降水天气对户外活动的不利影响，并加强旅游景区安全管理。 4.电力、通信、铁路等部门需加强电力线路、通信设施、铁路轨道的巡查排险和维护管理工作。 5.农牧区需加强防雪灾和防冻害准备，做好牲畜防寒保暖措施。

Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
