At 17:55 on September 4, 2026, Ximeng County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: In the next 6 hours, there will be lightning weather in Mengsuo, Mengka, Xinchang, Zhongke, Lishuo, Yuesong and other townships (towns) in our county, accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation and other severe convective weather, which poses a risk of lightning strikes.
