兴义市气象台6月20日12时30分发布暴雨黄色预警信号：预计未来6小时内我市万峰林、下五屯、白碗窑、黄草、坪东、则戎、南盘江、乌沙、木贾、马岭、桔山、兴泰、丰都、顶效、郑屯、鲁屯、万屯等乡镇（街道）降雨量将达到50毫米以上，且降雨持续，请注意防范。

3. Cut off dangerous outdoor power supplies in low-lying areas, suspend outdoor operations in open areas, and transfer people in dangerous areas and residents of dangerous houses to safe places to avoid rain;

4. Check the drainage system of cities, farmlands, and fish ponds, and take necessary drainage measures.

At 12:21 on June 20th, Xingyi Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: it is expected that lightning activities will occur in towns (streets) such as Wanfenglin, Baiwanyao, Jingnan, Zerong, Nanpanjiang, Fengdu, Pingdong, Sajin, Weishe, Mujia, Maling in our city within the next 6 hours, which may cause lightning disasters and accidents. Local areas will also be accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, strong winds and other strong convective weather. Please pay attention to prevention.
