兴义市气象台8月28日00时48分发布暴雨黄色预警信号：预计未来6小时内我市南盘江、则戎、万峰林、丰都、敬南、泥凼、万屯、鲁屯、郑屯、黄草、桔山、白碗窑、乌沙、清水河、威舍、洒金等乡镇降雨量将达到50毫米以上，且降雨持续，请注意防范。
