兴义市气象台8月16日16时45分发布雷雨强风黄色预警信号：预计未来6小时内我市顶效、马岭、乌沙、白碗窑、黄草、洒金、下五屯、坪东、雄武、七舍、捧乍、猪场坪、敬南、鲁布格、万峰林等乡镇将受雷雨天气影响，将出现8级以上阵风，并伴有强雷电，请注意防范。
