陕西省水利厅联合陕西省气象局于2025年07月17日17时发布第22期山洪灾害气象风险预警。预计2025年07月17日17时至2025年07月17日23时，西安市蓝田县,商洛市镇安县、柞水县等县发生山洪灾害可能性大（橙色预警）,西安市灞桥区、长安区、鄠邑区、周至县,宝鸡市眉县、太白县,汉中市镇巴县、佛坪县,安康市汉滨区、宁陕县、紫阳县、岚皋县,商洛市商州区、山阳县等县（区）发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警）,汉中市城固县、洋县、西乡县等县有可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请各地各部门落实防御责任，紧盯危险区与强降雨重叠区，加强实地监测与预警叫应，提前做好转移避险防范。

At 10:26 am on July 17, 2025, the Xi an Meteorological Observatory downgraded and issued an orange warning signal for high temperatures: it is expected that the highest temperature in most streets (towns) in Baitian Xincheng District, Beilin District, Lianhu District, Yanta District, Baqiao District, Weiyang District, Yanliang District, Lintong District, northern Chang an District, Gaoling District, northern Fuyi District, northern Zhouzhi County, northern Lantian County, and Xixian New Area will rise to 37-39 ℃ today, with some areas reaching above 40 ℃. The highest temperature in southern mountainous areas will be between 28 ℃ and 34 ℃. Please take precautions.

Description

The maximum temperature will rise above 37°C within 24 hours.

Guidelines

1. Relevant departments and units implement safeguard measures for heatstroke prevention and cooling in accordance with their duties;

2. Try to avoid outdoor activities during high temperature periods, and those working under high temperature conditions should shorten the continuous working time;

3. Provide heatstroke prevention and cooling instructions for the elderly, the weak, the sick, and the young, and take necessary protective measures;

4. Relevant departments and units should take precautions against fires caused by excessive power consumption and excessive electrical loads such as wires and transformers.

陕西省水利厅联合陕西省气象局于2025年07月16日21时20分发布第21期山洪灾害气象风险预警。预计2025年07月16日22时至2025年07月17日22时，商洛市商南县等县发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警）,西安市临潼区、长安区、鄠邑区、蓝田县、周至县, 宝鸡市陈仓区、陇县、千阳县, 咸阳市礼泉县、永寿县、长武县、旬邑县、淳化县、彬州市, 铜川市王益区、印台区、耀州区, 渭南市临渭区、华州区、潼关县、华阴市, 汉中市汉台区、南郑区、城固县、洋县、西乡县、勉县、镇巴县、佛坪县, 安康市汉滨区、汉阴县、石泉县、宁陕县、紫阳县、平利县、旬阳市、白河县, 商洛市商州区、洛南县、丹凤县、山阳县、镇安县、柞水县等县（市、区）有可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请各地各部门落实防御责任，紧盯危险区与强降雨重叠区，加强实地监测与预警叫应，提前做好转移避险防范。

陕西省农业农村厅发布农业气象风险橙色预警

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅7月14日14时30分联合发布苹果、猕猴桃、玉米和大豆高温灾害风险预警：预计7月14日至19日，关中平原大部、陕南河谷地带、陕北黄河沿线有35℃以上高温天气，局地可达37℃～40℃。陕北黄河沿线，关中北部苹果高温热害风险较高（黄色预警），关中中北部苹果高温热害风险高（橙色预警）。关中猕猴桃种植区高温热害风险高（橙色预警），汉中、安康盆地猕猴桃高温热害风险较高（黄色预警），其中15-16日安康中部局地风险高（橙色预警）。陕北黄河沿线、关中北部、汉中和安康盆地玉米、大豆高温热害风险较高（黄色预警），关中中部、安康盆地局地玉米、大豆高温热害风险高（橙色预警）。建议苹果种植区酌情采取灌溉、果园覆草、树体喷水等措施，减少土壤水分蒸发，降低园内温度，预防果实灼伤。猕猴桃种植区加强果园水分管理，灌溉、喷雾增湿降温多措并举，调节果园小气候；或搭建遮阳网减轻阳光直射，降低果面和果园冠层温度，减少叶面蒸腾。大豆、玉米种植区酌情采取灌水措施，保持田间空气湿度；或在灌水的同时采取增施钾肥、减少植株蒸腾损失的措施来提高水分利用率，增强作物自身抗性。
