At 23:08 on August 28, 2025, the Yanting County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that our county will still be affected by strong winds in the next 12 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or above or gusts of 7 or above. Please pay attention to reinforcing fences, sheds, billboards, and other structures to ensure safe travel and driving. Do not linger under billboards, temporary structures, etc. during windy weather.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments should do a good job of preventing gale in accordance with their duties;

2. Close doors and windows, reinforce hoardings, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by high winds, and cover building materials;

四川省气象台2025年08月28日15时55分继续发布暴雨蓝色预警：8月28日20时到29日20时：雅安、眉山、乐山、广元4市大部，成都、德阳、绵阳、巴中、自贡、宜宾6市西部，阿坝州南部，甘孜州东部南部，凉山州西部北部，攀枝花北部有大雨到暴雨（雨量30～70毫米），局部大暴雨（雨量120～150毫米），最大小时雨强30～50毫米，并伴有短时雷雨大风。另外，盆地北部到中部普遍有4～6级偏北风，局地可达7级。相关区域请注意强降雨引发的小流域山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水等风险的发生，注意预防。
