At 20:40 on January 18th, the Yilan County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road ice and snow: it is expected that there will be snowfall in the whole county on the 19th. Due to the impact of snowfall, various towns and villages in our county will experience road icing or snow accumulation that will have a negative impact on traffic, and some road sections will be blocked by snow. During the snowfall period, there is strong wind and snow blowing in mountainous and semi mountainous areas, resulting in low visibility. Please take precautions.
