The lowest temperature in areas above 1600 meters above sea level, such as Shulin, Kuixiang, Longjie, Luozehe, Xiaocaoba, Longhai, Haizi, Qiaoshan, Long an, Zhongming, Lianghe, Jiaokui, and Fajie, will drop below 5 ℃, accompanied by sleet or light snow.
