大风蓝色预警信号：预计19日午后到夜间，营口市站前区、西市区、老边区西南风夜间转西北风4到5级、阵风7级，渤海北部海域西南风夜间转西北风5到6级、阵风7到8级，请做好防风防火工作，妥善安置室外物品，尽量避免户外作业、活动，水上作业和过往船舶回港避风或者绕道航行。营口市气象台2025年11月18日15时02分发布

5. Relevant departments and units pay attention to the fire prevention of forests and grasslands.
