新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年11月16日16时1分将大风蓝色升级为大风黄色预警信号：预计今天下午到17日白天，塔城地区北部、阿勒泰地区西部、乌鲁木齐市南郊到达坂城一带、昌吉州东部、哈密市等地先后有6级左右偏东风，其中塔城地区老风口和玛依塔斯风区、阿勒泰地区闹海风区、乌鲁木齐市乌拉泊和红雁池等风口风力9～10级，阵风12级，局地伴有风吹雪，请加强防范。
