Yixing Meteorological Observatory issues yellow warning for high temperature

On June 28, 2025 at 09:09, Yixing Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a high temperature yellow warning signal: it is expected that the highest temperature in most areas of our city will reach over 35 ℃ in the next three days, especially in Taihua, Xizhu, Zhangzhu, Guanlin, Yicheng and other places, which can reach around 37 ℃. The Municipal Emergency Management Bureau and the Municipal Meteorological Bureau jointly remind people to pay attention to heatstroke prevention and cooling.

Description

The daily maximum temperature will be above 35°C for three consecutive days.

Guidelines

1. Relevant departments and units shall make preparations for heatstroke prevention and cooling in accordance with their duties;

2. Minimize outdoor activities in the afternoon;

3. Provide heatstroke prevention and cooling guidance for the elderly, the weak, the sick, and the young;

4. Those who work under high temperature conditions and need to do outdoor work for a long time during the day should take necessary protective measures.
