At 15:45 on October 13, 2025, the Meteorological Observatory of Rangtang County issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Shangduke Township, Gangmuda Town, Wuyi Township, Shili Township, Zongke Township, Puxi Township, Zhongrangtang Town, Nanmuda Town, Shangrangtang Township, Gaduo Township, and Rongmuda Township in Rangtang County will be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, with an average wind force of 8 or above or gusts of 9 or above. Please ensure that relevant departments take measures to defend against strong winds and that personnel in dangerous areas avoid them.
