At 18:17 on November 16, 2025, Zhangjiachuan County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: Due to the influence of strong cold air, it is expected that our county will experience cold wave weather in the next 48 hours. The lowest temperature in most towns and villages in the county will drop by 10-14 ℃. The lowest temperature in the morning of the 17th will drop to -10~-8 ℃, and the lowest temperature in the morning of the 18th will drop to -15~-11 ℃. During the cooling process, there will be 3-4 level northerly winds, with gusts of up to 6 or higher in some periods. Please take precautions.
