At 15:50 on February 3, 2026, the Baicheng Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that the lowest temperature in our city will drop by more than 8 ℃ in the next 24 hours. The Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau, Municipal Transportation Bureau, and Municipal Meteorological Bureau jointly remind us to pay attention to prevention work.
