日喀则市气象台2025年10月30日18时45分发布暴雪橙色预警信号。预计：10月31日05时至10月31日17时日喀则市大部有小到中雪或雨夹雪，昂仁、谢通门、南木林、仁布和江孜等地的高海拔乡镇有大雪（5.0～9.9毫米），吉隆、聂拉木、定日南部、定结南部、岗巴南部、亚东和康马一线高海拔乡镇有大暴雪（20.0～30.0毫米）。防御措施： 1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防雪灾和防冻害的应急工作。 2.加强交通、铁路、机场、电力、通讯等设施的巡查维护，及时清扫道路和融化积雪，必要时封闭积雪道路，减少不必要的户外活动。 3.做好农牧区生活必需品及应急粮草的储备调运等抗灾救灾工作。 4.加固乡村屋顶、棚架等易被雪压的搭建物，户外牲畜赶入棚圈喂养。

西藏自治区气象局2025年10月30日17时30分发布暴雪黄色预警：预计10月30日20时至10月31日20时，林芝市、日喀则市、昌都市、那曲市、山南市南部、拉萨市北部和东部有小到中雪（雨），其中吉隆、聂拉木、定日、定结、亚东、嘉黎、申扎、当雄和洛隆等地的部分地方有大到暴雪，局地有大暴雪（20～30毫米），新增积雪深度2～8厘米；雪后上述地方有4～8℃降温。防御指南：1.需注意防范降雪降温天气对重大工程建设、交通运输、能源保供、电力设施、通讯设施、农牧业生产等带来的不利影响；2.强降水可能引发局地雪崩、滑坡等次生灾害，需做好道路沿线、陡峭边坡等灾害隐患点的巡查和安全管理工作。
