At 7:12 am on February 23, 2026, the Kaili Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal: it is expected that thunderstorms will occur in towns (streets) such as Bibo, Dafengdong, Lushan, and Xiasi in our city in the next 6 hours. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, strong winds, and other severe convective weather. Please take precautions.
