Yangpu Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 17:53 on December 13, 2025: Due to the influence of cold air, the average wind speed in our area from 18:30 on the 13th to 11:00 on the 14th can reach level 6 or above, with gusts of 7-8. It is recommended that relevant units and personnel take preventive measures.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
