三沙市气象台2026年08月20日18时30分继续发布中沙群岛大风蓝色预警信号：受西南季风影响，中沙群岛及附近海域，风力6-7级，阵风8-9级，并伴有强雷电。请有关单位和人员做好防范工作。

Description

海南省气象局2026年08月20日17时00分继续发布台风四级预警：南海热带低压，20日14时其中心位于北纬19.5度、东经109.7度，也就是位于海南省儋州市境内，中心附近最大风力6级（12米/秒）。预计，热带低压将以每小时10公里左右的速度继续向西偏北方向移动，今天夜间移入北部湾海面，此后回旋少动并逐渐加强为热带风暴级。受其影响，海南省大部分海区阵风8～9级，其中北部湾北部海面阵风10～11级。提请有关部门做好防台各项准备工作，特别注意加强西部地区回港渔船的安全管理。
