At 14:19 on May 1, 2025, the Chencang District Meteorological Observatory in Baoji City continued to issue a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that the following areas will be affected by strong winds in the next 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or above (gusts of 7 or above): Guozhen Street, Qianwei Street, Dongguan Street, Yangping Town, Zhouyuan Town, Muyi Town, Qianhe Town, Qianxi Town, Tianwang Town, Diaowei Town, Jiacun Town, Xianggong Town, Xinjie Town, Chisha Town, Xiangquan Town, Pingtou Town, Tuoshi Town, Fenggeling Town. Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.

Guidelines

陕西省气象台2025年05月01日11时30分发布高温蓝色预警：受高空西北气流影响，预计05月01日西安北部、宝鸡中部、咸阳南部局地、渭南西部局地、杨凌、汉中河谷地区，安康西部河谷地区有35℃以上的高温天气。05月02日西安大部、宝鸡中部、咸阳南部、杨凌、渭南部分、铜川东部局地、延安黄河沿线及南部局地、汉中河谷地区、安康河谷地区、商洛南部有35～37℃的高温天气，局地可达37℃以上。

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅2025年4月30日20时00分联合发布小麦干旱气象灾害风险预警：目前渭南北部、咸阳北部、铜川、宝鸡大部、西安北部局地冬麦区出现干旱，预计5月1日至7日无明显有效降水，上述区域处于抽穗扬花期的冬小麦干旱气象灾害风险较高（黄色预警），影响冬小麦正常生长发育和产量形成。建议上述区域积极做好水源调度，有喷灌条件的可采用喷灌方式，均匀地湿润土壤和植株。同时做好“一喷三防”，提高冬小麦抗旱性，减轻干旱灾害影响。

陕西省气象台4月24日20时发布气象干旱橙色预警：目前,榆林大部、延安北部、西安东部、渭南南部气象干旱综合指数达到轻旱等级，延安大部、铜川、渭南北部、咸阳东部、宝鸡西部、汉中北部、安康南部局地、商洛北部局地达中旱等级，咸阳西部、宝鸡大部、西安西部、汉中南部、安康大部、商洛大部达重旱等级，宝鸡中部、汉中东南部、安康西北部、商洛局地达特旱等级。预计未来一周上述区域无明显降水过程，气象干旱将进一步发展，对夏收粮油作物及经济林果生长影响较大。

4. Restrict non-productive high water consumption and service industry water use, and restrict the discharge of industrial sewage;

5. The meteorological department shall conduct artificial precipitation enhancement operations in a timely manner.
