陕西省水利厅联合陕西省气象局于2025年10月16日07时50发布第130期山洪灾害气象风险预警。预计2025年10月16日08时至2025年10月17日08时，西安市长安区、蓝田县，汉中市南郑区、西乡县、镇巴县，安康市汉滨区、汉阴县、石泉县、紫阳县、岚皋县、平利县、镇坪县、旬阳市、白河县，商洛市商州区、丹凤县、镇安县等县（市、区）发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警）,西安市鄠邑区、周至县，宝鸡市渭滨区、金台区、陈仓区、眉县、太白县，咸阳市永寿县，渭南市华州区、富平县、华阴市，延安市宝塔区、安塞区、延长县、志丹县、吴起县、子长市，榆林市横山区、靖边县、定边县，汉中市城固县、洋县、勉县、宁强县、佛坪县，安康市宁陕县，商洛市洛南县、商南县、山阳县、柞水县等县（市、区）有可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请各地各部门落实防御责任，紧盯危险区与强降雨重叠区，加强实地监测与预警叫应，提前做好转移避险防范。

At 22:45 on October 15, 2025, the Weinan Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for heavy fog: it is expected that fog with visibility less than 500 meters will appear in the following areas within the next 12 hours, and there may be fog with visibility less than 200 meters in some areas: Linwei District, Hancheng City, Huayin City, Huazhou District, Tongguan County, Dali County, Chengcheng County, Heyang County, Pucheng County, Fuping County, and Baishui County. Please pay attention to prevention.
Description
Fog with visibility less than 500 meters may appear within 12 hours, or fog with visibility less than 500 meters and greater than or equal to 200 meters may have appeared and will continue.

2. Airports, highways, ferry terminals and other units strengthen traffic management to ensure safety;

陕西省农业农村厅发布农业气象风险橙色预警

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅10月14日18时00分联合发布连阴雨和农田渍涝灾害风险预警：预计10月15-17日我省中南部将有中到大雨，局地有暴雨，延安南部、关中大部、陕南西部连阴雨和农田渍涝风险较高（黄色预警），渭南南部局地、西安东南部局地、商洛、安康大部、汉中东南部局地连阴雨和农田渍涝风险高（橙色预警），成熟作物收晒困难，影响秋收、秋播进度和秋粮秋果品质。建议上述地区避雨抢收秋粮和成熟秋果，采取通风存储、烘干等措施，降低秋粮发芽霉变风险;及时排涝降渍，腾茬整地，适时适墒播种。
