安徽省气象台2023年12月09日17时发布寒潮蓝色预警。预计未来48小时我省自北向南将出现寒潮天气，全省平均气温将下降8~11℃，并伴有7级左右阵风。12日早晨最低气温：淮北地区-4~-1℃，江淮之间0~3℃，江南2~5℃。请注意防范！
Description
