河北省气象台2024年04月19日16时43分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：受冷空气影响，预计今天傍晚到夜间，唐山、秦皇岛、沧州有东北风４到５级，阵风６到７级；渤海海域和沿海地区有东北风５到６级，阵风７到８级。请防范！

Description
