河北省气象台2025年08月16日11时13分继续发布暴雨蓝色预警信号：预计今天中午到夜间，唐山南部、保定东部、廊坊南部、石家庄东部、沧州、衡水、邢台、邯郸、渤海海域等地的大部分地区有大雨到暴雨（30-60毫米），沧州、衡水北部局地有大暴雨（100-150毫米），个别地点可达150-180毫米。降雨时局地伴有雷电、短时强降水、短时大风等强对流天气。请注意防范。

At 04:12 on August 16, 2025, Cangzhou Meteorological Station issued a yellow rainstorm warning signal: it is expected that Cangzhou will continue to be affected by rainstorm from day to night today, with a total rainfall of 50-70mm in the whole city, of which the total rainfall in Cangzhou urban area, Cangxian County, Qingxian County, Xianxian County, Botou City, Huanghua City, Bohai New Area, and Hejian City can exceed 100mm, and 150 mm at some points. Please take precautions.
