昌黎县气象台2025年11月16日15时15分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计今天下午到明天白天，我县全部乡镇仍受大风天气影响，沿岸海域和沿海地区有西北风5～6级，阵风7～9级，其他地区4～5级，阵风6～8级，17日14时风力逐渐减小，请注意防范。
