恩施市气象台2026年8月4日9时45分升级暴雨预警信号为橙色：过去6小时中西部乡镇已出现30-60毫米降水。预计今天白天，恩施市中西部乡镇还有30-50毫米降水，并伴有雷电、短时强降水和5-7级阵风，山区山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水、城乡积涝风险高，请加强防范。
