陕西省气象台2026年01月16日20时39分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计下述地区未来24小时内将受大风影响，平均风力可达5级（8.0-10.7米/秒）以上，阵风7-8级（13.9-20.7米/秒）：西安市长安区、鄠邑区、蓝田县、周至县，宝鸡市陈仓区、凤翔区、太白县、麟游县、千阳县、陇县、凤县，咸阳市永寿县、彬州市、旬邑县、长武县，渭南市临渭区、韩城市、华阴市、华州区、潼关县、大荔县、澄城县、合阳县、蒲城县、白水县，延安市全域，榆林市全域，汉中市南郑区、城固县、洋县、勉县、西乡县、略阳县、镇巴县、宁强县、留坝县、佛坪县，安康市汉滨区、宁陕县、紫阳县、岚皋县、平利县、镇坪县、旬阳市，商洛市商州区、洛南县、山阳县、镇安县、柞水县，请注意防范。

陕西省农业农村厅发布农业气象风险橙色预警

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅1月16日12时00分联合发布设施农业雪灾、低温灾害风险预警：预计1月19日至21日，我省将有寒潮和雨雪冰冻天气过程，主要降雪时段在19日-20日。预计最低气温出现在21日清晨,陕北、关中北部-14～-8℃，关中南部-8～-5℃，陕南-7～-2℃。此次寒潮雨雪天气过程易导致部分温室大棚遭受雪压垮塌，棚内蔬菜受冻。其中19-20日渭南东南部、西安东南部局地、商洛东北部设施农业出现雪灾的风险较高（黄色预警）；19-21日榆林北部局地、渭南北部和东南部、铜川大部、咸阳北部，宝鸡东北部、西部和南部，西安西南部、商洛东北部和南部局地、安康北部和东南部局地设施农业低温灾害风险较高；铜川北部局地设施农业低温灾害风险高（橙色预警）。建议上述设施农业种植区提前加固棚体，加盖防寒物，及时清除棚体积雪，防止设施垮塌受损、棚内蔬菜受冻；科学调控棚内温湿度，做好增温补光、肥水管理，同时加强作物病虫害防控。
