Fuhai County Meteorological Observatory issues yellow warning for high temperature

At 10:12 on July 19, 2026, the Fuhai County Meteorological Observatory issued a high temperature yellow warning signal: it is expected that from July 19 to 23, the highest temperature in most parts of the plain in our county will rise to over 35 ℃, and the southern Huanghuagou, Xiaowacao, and Sanjiaquan areas will rise to over 37 ℃. The water diversion stations of Kezhen No.1 and Kezhen No.2 will rise to around 40 ℃. Please pay attention to heatstroke prevention, cooling, and fire safety.

Description

The daily maximum temperature will be above 35°C for three consecutive days.

Guidelines

1. Relevant departments and units shall make preparations for heatstroke prevention and cooling in accordance with their duties;

2. Minimize outdoor activities in the afternoon;

3. Provide heatstroke prevention and cooling guidance for the elderly, the weak, the sick, and the young;

At 18:01 on July 15, 2026, the Fuhai County Meteorological Observatory issued an orange drought warning signal: According to the comprehensive meteorological drought index monitoring, as of July 15, most of the meteorological drought in our county has reached the level of severe drought or above. It is expected that from July 16 to 23, most of the plains in our county will have high temperatures above 35 ℃, and the meteorological drought will further intensify. Relevant departments and units are requested to do a good job in defending against drought according to their responsibilities.

Description

It is expected that the meteorological drought index will reach severe drought in the next week (meteorological drought is once in 25-50 years), or more than 40% of crops in a certain county (district) will be affected by drought.

Guidelines

1. Relevant departments and units do a good job of emergency response to drought prevention in accordance with their duties;

2. Relevant departments use emergency standby water sources, dispatch all available water sources within their jurisdiction, and give priority to guaranteeing urban and rural residents' domestic water and livestock drinking water;

3. Reduce urban water supply indicators and give priority to irrigation water for cash crops, and restrict large amounts of agricultural irrigation water;

4. Restrict non-productive high water consumption and service industry water use, and restrict the discharge of industrial sewage;

5. The meteorological department shall conduct artificial precipitation enhancement operations in a timely manner.

新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2026年7月15日16时05分将高温橙色升级为高温红色预警信号：预计明天白天至23日白天（南疆、东疆到25日），南疆盆地、吐鲁番市、哈密市和天山北坡的部分区域最高气温将升至40℃以上，博州东部、塔城地区南部、克拉玛依市、昌吉州西部、巴州南部、吐鲁番市、哈密市等地的局部区域45℃以上，吐鲁番市局地50℃以上。请注意防暑降温和用火用电安全，并加强防范山区局地融雪型洪水。
