At 15:26 on February 12, 2026, the Hami Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from the night of the 12th to the night of the 13th, there will be winds of level 8 in Liushugou Township, Xishan Township, Yamansu Town, and Shuangjingzi Township in Yizhou District, Xialaoba Township and Borqiangji Town in Balikun County, Qianshan Township and Yanchi Town in Yiwu County; Duruke Township and Tianshan Township in Dewaili, Yizhou District, and Santanghu Town in Barkol County, with gusts of up to level 9. The main transportation routes include Yandun, Tuwu Copper Mine, S328 line from 111 kilometers to 250 kilometers, Harrow Road, Baishanquan with gusts of 8 levels, Naoliu Road with gusts of 9 levels, Yiwanquan and Liaodun with gusts of 10 levels, and Thirteen Rooms area with gusts of 11 levels in the Baili wind zone.
