At 18:10 on February 21, 2026, the Hami Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from the night of the 21st to the day of the 22nd, gusts of up to level 8 will occur in Xishan Township, Yizhou District, Xialaoba Township, Borqiangji Town, and Kuisu Town in Barkol County; Liushugou Township, Tianshan Township, and Duruke Township in Yizhou District, Santanghu Town in Balikun County, Qianshan Township and Yanchi Town in Yiwu County, with gusts of up to level 9. The main transportation routes include Tuwu Copper Mine, S328 line from 111 kilometers to 250 kilometers, Harrow Highway, Xingxingxia, Baishanquan with gusts of 7 levels, Yiwanquan and Liaodun with gusts of 9 levels, and Thirteen Rooms area with gusts of 10 levels in the Baili wind zone; Locally, there may be sandstorms or wind blown snow weather.
