At 16:09 on August 13, 2025, Tonggu County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that in the next 6 hours, some areas of Chashan Forest Farm, Daguan Town, Daixi Township, Longmen Forest Farm, and Sandu Town will experience 9-10 level thunderstorm winds, accompanied by strong thunderstorms, short-term heavy precipitation and other severe convective weather in some areas. Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
