Gongjue County Meteorological Observatory issues a yellow blizzard warning

The Meteorological Bureau of Gongjue County, Xizang, issued a yellow snow warning signal at 18:10 on October 30: it is expected that there will be light to moderate snow (rain) or sleet in the whole county from 08:00 on October 31 to 08:00 on November 1, and heavy to heavy snow (7-15mm) in the high altitude mountainous areas of Awang, Latuo, Zeba, Xiangpi, Moluo Town, Keri, Luomai and other towns. Various regions experience a temperature drop of 3-7 ℃, with high-altitude mountainous areas experiencing a temperature drop of over 8 ℃. Defensive measures: 1. Rain and snow weather will cause snow, ice, wind blown snow, and low visibility on the high-altitude sections of National Highway 557 and provincial, county, and township roads within our county s jurisdiction.
